Crossfit, the way we teach it, is not going to make you bulk up.. Even with heavy days. Do not be afraid of heavy days. They are a vital part of making you a slim, trim, fitness machine.
Big is not strong. Strong is strong. We have slender girls in Crossfit that are as tough as nails.
For those of you girls that DO want to bulk up, let me know. We're going to need do something completely different related to nutrition and it will take some time to do it.
