Hello everyone! This is Emilee and I'm asking you all to save the date!!!

 On Saturday, August 7th, 2010 the first ever 5K Love will be held in honor of Caleb Elijah Stecker.

The details are still being planned but the event will be tons of fun. We want to have as many participants as possible. There will be a small entry fee but all proceeds will be going to a wonderful cause.

Don't try Eugene Crossfit if you want to keep the drudgery in your workouts. There are plenty of workout plans that deliver little results, are boring, and don't really have a goal in mind.
