Kaycee with some nice active shoulders at the top of the thruster. Sometimes as the weight gets tiring the thrusters don't go all the way up. Drive it up to the top position. We'll work with lighter weight thrusters soon and practice getting up to that top position.

LISTEN UP - We only have 3 rowers. The box will be open between 5:15am and 10:30am and between 3:15pm and 5:15. Come whenever you'd like between those times to do your row. I will be here helping you work on something if you'd like to work on something before hand and getting you properly warmed up.
Note: There are fewer times on New Years Eve and only one time on New Years Day. I am thinking of moving the new years day to a bit later so you can sleep in. (10:30?)
Also if you don't have any place to watch the game, come over to my house.

- How it went last year - what helped you, what slowed you down, what sped you up. Lets reflect and look at attendance (did you do too much or too little?), nutrition, sleep, and most of all, progress. This is not meant to beat anyone up, but just to go over the past and see what we can do.
