Val's worked hard on her running technique over the past couple months.
If you'd like to work on your running technique, lets set up a time. If you hate running, I'd love to spend some time working with you and getting you more efficient so you enjoy it. It's difficult to teach in a large group setting - with limitied amount of time. Plan n about 45 minutes to an hour on a day that you're not doing your WOD.

I'm seeing more and more of your squats not below parrallel. Get down there. Doing so will increase your fitness level beyond your wildest dreams. (Along with your golf swing, etc, etc)
