Also, sorry for being such a pain in the ass on yesterdays crossfit total. "Squats too low...", "nope, doesn't count, knees were dipping on the press." I feel like such a jerk sometimes, but its a good thing when I tell you, right?
Oh and 32 burpees for whoever doesn't wish me a happy birthday tomorrow! =)
