I added a new class - 'Coach Stec Training time'. This is a workout time that I will be working out, you are welcome to come workout with me - but there will be limited to no coaching and instruction during the WOD. Level I certified coaches you are welcome, if you would like, to swing in and practice your coaching skills on me and the others that show up during this time. I need as much coaching as I can get!
Class size will be smaller for safety reasons.
