How many of you are sick of the Crossfit Warmup?
Yeah me too. So we're trying something new this week.
Warmups will be different every day. 3 Rounds of a bunch of stuff.
Post number of rounds of the warmup you completed with a circle around it on the whiteboard.
These warmups are as important, if not more, than the WOD.

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

A couple new things to put on your calender.
Saturday the 19th Gordon is going to need some help moving, maybe we can do it after the WOD.... - If your available we could use some help. Also, someone with a Truck would help as well.
On September 26th, Eugene Crossfit is invited to participate in Cowboy Crossfit's (in Roseburg) Fight Gone Bad Challenge. Its a fundraiser for a great cause. Sign up and read more details here. The friday night before, they've invited us to camp and have fun - with the WOD at 10:00am.
