- The gymnastics cert was amazing. I learned how to teach some movements better, as well as a bunch of new movements too. You can look forward to learning lots of stuff because we will be implementing it right away. These movements are scalable for every level and super fun. Be ready to learn how to spot each other!
- Our shirts are in! They look great! I do fear that the women's sizes that were pre-ordered may be too small for you. We have brainstormed lots of ways to make it fair for those that pre-ordered to help them get the shirts they want. Here's how we'll do it:
Shirts will be $20 - A $5 discount to members of ecrossfit. If you preordered a shirt, try to be here on monday or tuesday or your shirt might be gone.
- Monday, those that pre-ordered shirts can get the size they ordered.
- Tuesday, those that pre-ordered shirts who didn't get a shirt because it was too small for them, can get a bigger size if there is one available.
- Wednesday, anyone can buy whats left.
- We'll put in another order for shirts for those that didn't get what they wanted ASAP!
