Everyone is welcome to participate in the workout - we will have a workout for our current members and also a scaled back version of the workout for the newcomers or first time crossfitters.
Also note that part of the workout will be right out front, so if you could, park in the cultisacs to the east and west of the building.
Schedule for the Opening day:
9:00 - Arrivals
9:30 - Group warm-ups
10:00 - Crossfit style games (These will be a couple group Crossfit-style workouts) Different from Crossfit, but the same! :)

11:00 - 1:00ish BBQ and hang out!
Directions from West 11th:
Go north on Bertlesen, then take a left on 7th. We are in the building with the Sarah Lee Trucks on the left.
Directions from Beltline (going West):
Take a left on Roosevelt (at the light). In about half of a mile, take a right on Bertlesen. Before you get to West 11th, take a right on 7th. We are in the building with the Sarah Lee Trucks on the left.
