We're getting ready to move into a space (rates will go up when we do) -- and the only way to get in at a much lower 'garage gym' rate is to join while we're in the garage. Plans may change, but we are planning on having folks that pay the garage gym rate grandfathered in and keep them the same rate. It's my way of saying thank you.
