Here's the Saturday morning workout group at the "flour run."  Thanks to Jason and Daren for being great rabbits!  They had us going thru all kinds of stuff!

30 Squats
10 Chest to bar pullups
5 Barbell Anyway from Ground to Overhead

Note two days in a row of similar movements!  Isn't that forbidden in the bodybuilding world?
