Gone this week - Monday WOD

I'm going to be gone Tuesday - Friday on business.  For those of you that are already members, someone will be here at the normal workout times 6:00AM and 6:00 PM.  Practice the movements before you start, pick a weight that is manageable, (we'll do heavy weights later when I am here) and don't hurt yourself.  For non-members or people coming for the first time, the gym is closed until Saturday.    

Monday's WOD
Card game:
Pick a card and do the reps on the cards:
Exercises Involved:  Burpees, Pushups, Situps, KB swings, Squat Cleans, Row (calories), Pullups, Back Extensions

Don't try Eugene Crossfit if you want to keep the drudgery in your workouts. There are plenty of workout plans that deliver little results, are boring, and don't really have a goal in mind.

Crossfit is very bothersome for people who like workouts like these.
