I'm going to be gone Tuesday - Friday on business. For those of you that are already members, someone will be here at the normal workout times 6:00AM and 6:00 PM. Practice the movements before you start, pick a weight that is manageable, (we'll do heavy weights later when I am here) and don't hurt yourself.
For non-members or people coming for the first time, the gym is closed until Saturday. Monday's WOD
