Eric - 15:40 - (Subbed 30' box pushups for HSPU, 2 sec ring hold LSits for L pullups)

Letha - ??? - (Subbed knee pushups for HSPU, 2 sec L sit w/ parrallettes per L pullup)

Desiree - 12:53 - (Subbed knee pushups for HSPU, 2 sec L sit w/ parrallettes per L pullup)

First workout for Rob Stacy:

Rob Stacy - 10 minute Cindy - 6 rounds + 10 pushups (knee pushups + green band pullups)

Warning

Don't try Eugene Crossfit if you want to keep the drudgery in your workouts. There are plenty of workout plans that deliver little results, are boring, and don't really have a goal in mind.

Crossfit is very bothersome for people who like workouts like these.
