First time running a 5k in a long time.  Nice work!

Nice job.  A tough softball game the night before may have cost him some minutes. Plus a gash in the knee from diving for a ground ball.  Youch!

I have not done a 5k for at least 18 years. I was spent before I got to Royal LOL. A couple of walk breaks in the second half. I can't wait to run it again and murder that stinkin time.
I picked up a four runner (wrist GPS) at G I Joes today, Im sure it will pay for it self shortly.
