I did the WOD from Crossfit:
7 rounds
21 reps, 75#shoulder press
21 back extensions

The back extensions were on the ground. Did 21 each time.
The Shoulder press was more difficult. I started at 75, but 8 reps in I reduced the weight to 65.
2nd rd: 65
3rd rd: 55
4/5th: 45
6/7th: 55

COmpleted in 22 minutes.

Warning

Don't try Eugene Crossfit if you want to keep the drudgery in your workouts. There are plenty of workout plans that deliver little results, are boring, and don't really have a goal in mind.

Crossfit is very bothersome for people who like workouts like these.
