Rest as needed between efforts.
If its even mildly easy you're not going hard enough. As far as the rest, I'm going to keep track of my rests so I can measure it against the next time this workout comes up, although this is the first time I've seen this one.
And its weird how if you're not in shape running hurts and you wish you were in better shape, but then as you get in better and better shape your just capable of running so it hurst WORSE! ouch!
Anyways, my times for this one is the following: 2:48, 2:58, ~3:29, 2:56 (~3 min rest between rounds, the third lap my thing didnt keep track of b/c i pushed stop instead of lap) This will be one I'll look forward to doing in a half years time and comparing. I also feel like it wasn't my day.
