Tuesday, April 1 - Fran

This should be a lot of fun.  Fran is by far the most popular of the benchmark workouts - possibly because of how much of an impact it can do to you in such a short amount of time. T he last time I did Fran I did it in 5:04.  You can see my video on my bodyspace under "my videos."

I'm hoping to improve, which would mean sub-5 minute!  Woot!
Did Fran this morning and pleased to announce a new PR!  4:26!  I had a new strategy not to do the first 21 thrusters as quickly and it paid off.  I was able to complete the first 21 thrusters, the first 21 pull ups, and the 15 thrusters unbroken (although there was a couple times the bar rested on me for a few seconds).  I'm both stoaked about the new time and completely exhausted (probably for the rest of the day).  Weird how such a short workout can do that to me.

Don't try Eugene Crossfit if you want to keep the drudgery in your workouts. There are plenty of workout plans that deliver little results, are boring, and don't really have a goal in mind.
