Crossfit Games Qualifying Events May 16th in Seattle

Here's the link to the official Crossfit Games. Great blog. I check there often.

This year they are having qualifying events around the world. The northwest region and our qualifying events will be on May 16th in Seattle. I will be heading up there and I have 5-7 spots open in my van if you want to come along - either to participate or spectate.

This is not only for the fittest of the fit. Of course, only 4 men and 4 women will qualify for the games from this region, but folks come that do workouts non-rx'd and participate. If you have dreams of someday competing in the games I think this might be a priceless experience.

Participation cost is $75, I believe spectators get in free.

More information here.

Post thoughts to comments.
