On May 30th is the Oregon Games: Official State of Oregon CrossFit Championships in BEND Oregon. I will be heading up in the van or car and have 4-7 spots available. This event is for anyone and everyone - not just the fittest of the fit. Let me know if you want to head up there and we'll have a great time.
